Lance’s practice focuses on corporate, transactional, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and litigation representation. He brings over a decade of legal experience to his clients, who respect his ability to value and manage their legal issues. Lance frequently represents entrepreneurs, retailers, distributors, manufacturers, farmers and investor groups throughout California. As a litigator, he has handled a wide array of matters including business litigation, partnership disputes, zoning/land use, regulatory violations, and criminal defense.
Lance is a frequent public speaker and served as an adjunct professor at California Western School of Law.

In another life, Lance was a professional actor performing in television and theatre performances in Southern California and abroad.
